Session 2// Feeling Lost and Alone?
Learn that it is okay to experience the deep pain of loss and the loneliness that grief brings.  Understand how to identify what is going on inside of you.  Move from a place without meaning, into a place of knowing why you are still here.   

Session 3// From Pain to Purpose
Learn that you CAN move through pain and into a place of purpose.   

Session 4// Build a Legacy of Love
Build a life to keep your mom alive through you and honor her daily. 

Session 5// The Secret Sauce to Keep Moving Forward
Access resources, tools and habits to create your destiny.
