🌿 What You'll Need for Our Free Healing Sessions
To receive the most from this journey, we gently invite you to gather:
A quiet, uninterrupted space for reflection and interpretation.
A sketchpad or journal with blank pages — the larger the sketchpad, the better (11x14 or 12x18 is ideal). A larger sketchpad is best, but regular paper works too — you can tape pages together if you’d like more space.
Soft pastels or colored drawing tools that feel soothing and expressive to you.
A calm heart and an open spirit — no art experience required, just your truth.
