RESOURCES
You don't have to figure everything out on your own.
I've gathered a small collection of resources that may offer support, information, prayer, or simply a place to begin. I've intentionally kept this list short — because when you're already carrying a lot, another long list can feel overwhelming.
These resources are offered as a starting point and are not a substitute for professional care. Please choose the support that feels appropriate for your situation.

A gentle reminder
Grief doesn't follow a straight line, and healing doesn't happen on someone else's timetable. Give yourself permission to take the time and space you need.
Take what is helpful and leave what isn't. And if you need more support, reaching out to a qualified professional or support service is a strength, not a failure.
With Care,
Michelle
