Offerings are peer-based, non-clinical support for encouragement, reflection, and creative practices. They are not medical, therapeutic, or emergency services.
No emergencies.
Do not use this site or events for urgent or crisis needs. Call local emergency services or a crisis line if you require immediate help.
Community conduct.
Engage respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, abusive or disruptive behavior, spamming, or sharing others’ personal information is prohibited. We may remove participants or content that violates these Terms (without refund for violations).
Intellectual property.
All site content and materials (text, graphics, downloads, frameworks) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use purchased or provided materials for your own learning only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, share, resell, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
User submissions.
If you voluntarily share comments, testimonials, creative work, or other content through this website, online events, email, or social media platforms connected to this work, you confirm that you own the rights to what you share and that it does not infringe on anyone else’s rights. PAYMENT
Processors & security.
Payments/donations are processed by trusted third parties (e.g., Ko-fi, Stripe, PayPal, Square, or similar platforms).
Prices, currency, taxes.
Prices or tier amounts are shown at checkout and may be listed in your local currency or CAD depending on platform settings. Applicable taxes/fees may be added by the processor.
Donations vs. purchases.
Ko-fi “support” may be a voluntary donation or a paid tier that includes perks. Unless expressly stated, donations are non-refundable and not tax-deductible. Perks are described on the relevant page.
All sales final.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing on the specific offer page. If a refund is offered, eligibility and timelines will be clearly stated.
Access to digital items.
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the digital item or event registration as described. Access may be revoked for misuse or violation of these Terms.
Chargebacks.
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first at info@michellemedeiros.com so we can help resolve it.
ZOOM & ONLINE EVENTS
Purpose & scope.
Group calls, classes, and workshops are for education, reflection, and encouragement. They are not therapy or medical services.
Participation & conduct.
You may choose your display name and whether to use camera/mic. Please be respectful and avoid sharing others’ personal information outside the session.
Confidentiality limits.
We encourage discretion; however, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings or online environments. Share only what feels safe.
Recording & use.
Some sessions may be recorded for participants or future educational content. By joining a recorded session, you consent to recording. You may keep your camera/mic off and change your display name if you do not wish to be identifiable. Recordings are created as-is and will not be edited to remove individual contributions.
No minors.
Events are intended for adults 18+.
Cancellations & rescheduling.
If we must cancel or reschedule, we will notify registered participants and provide access to an alternative date or recording where available.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Content posted on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and Ko-fi is for inspiration and education only and is not a substitute for professional advice or care. Direct messages and comments are not monitored for crisis support and do not constitute professional advice.
